Third-party processing
Prompts and uploads may be processed by OpenRouter and model providers.
1. Service Nature
Educational support, not clinical replacement.
- Outputs are generated by AI models and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
- Always confirm with authoritative clinical references and your professional judgment.
- Do not use the service for emergencies or time-critical care.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the service legally and safely.
- Do not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, malicious, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the service.
- Respect privacy and avoid patient identifiers or sensitive personal data.
- Comply with applicable medical, privacy, and data laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts and Access
Keep access secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your access.
- We may suspend or limit access for misuse, abuse, security issues, or service protection.
4. Intellectual Property
Respect rights and ownership.
- Do not submit content unless you have the right to use it.
- The site design, code, and branding are owned by Dr. Vivek's AI. You receive a limited right to use the service.
5. AI Processing
Third-party models generate responses.
- Prompts and uploads are sent to OpenRouter and underlying model providers to generate responses.
- Processing may occur outside your country.
- Do not include protected health information or personal identifiers.

6. Disclaimers
Provided without clinical guarantees.
- The service is provided as is.
- There are no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Use is at your own risk; verify before acting on any output.
7. Liability and Indemnity
Limits to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
- Total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the service in the past 3 months.
- You agree to indemnify Dr. Vivek's AI against claims arising from misuse or violation of these terms.

Terms may be updated.
- We may update these terms to reflect product, operational, or legal changes.
- Updates will be posted with a new Last updated date.
- Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
