Information We Collect
Only what is needed to run the tools.
- Clinical inputs and questions: case descriptions, symptoms, drug names, USMLE questions, and knowledge queries you type.
- Uploaded images: medical images such as X-rays, pathology, dermatology, or other clinical images.
- Caching data: plain-text prompts and AI responses may be stored to speed up repeat requests.
- Feedback: ratings or comments you submit about AI responses.
- Technical logs: basic device, browser, and request metadata for security and troubleshooting.
How We Use It
To answer your request and improve reliability.
- Generate clinical answers, drug details, textbook retrieval, image analysis, and exam support.
- Improve speed through limited caching of prompts and responses.
- Review aggregate or de-identified feedback for quality improvement.
- Protect the service from abuse and maintain security.
Sharing and AI Providers
No advertising sale of data.
- AI providers: prompts and uploaded files may be sent to OpenRouter and underlying model providers solely to generate the requested output.
- Infrastructure: hosting and logging services help run the platform securely.
- Legal or safety: information may be shared if required by law or to prevent harm.
Do not include names, dates of birth, contact details, record numbers, or other personally identifiable patient information. Inputs may be processed outside your country.
Retention
Kept only as long as needed.
- Uploads: deleted after analysis or error handling completes.
- Cached text: stored to improve speed and may be periodically cleared.
- Feedback and logs: retained for quality review, troubleshooting, and security.
Your Choices
You control what you submit.
- Limit inputs to non-identifying clinical details whenever possible.
- Contact us to request deletion of cached prompts or responses associated with your submissions.
- Feedback forms are voluntary.

- We use reasonable safeguards for data in transit and stored cache data.
- No system is perfectly secure, so avoid sharing sensitive personal data.
- AI outputs are educational support only and are not a substitute for professional judgment.
- The service is intended for adults and clinicians; it is not directed to children under 13.
