# Methylcobalamin
## Overview
Methylcobalamin is a neurologically active form of Vitamin B12 (cobalamin). It acts as a cofactor for methionine synthase, facilitating the conversion of homocysteine to methionine and supporting myelin sheath maintenance.
## Primary Indications

## Adult Dosing
