# Fexofenadine
## Overview
Fexofenadine is a second-generation antihistamine that selectively antagonizes peripheral H1 receptors. It is a metabolite of terfenadine.
## Primary Indications
* Seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever)

## Adult Dosing
