# Aceclofenac
## Overview

## Adult Dosing
### Standard Dosing

## Safety Information
### Contraindications
- **Absolute**: Hypersensitivity to aceclofenac, aspirin, or other NSAIDs (e.g., aspirin-induced asthma, urticaria, rhinitis).

### Key Drug Interactions
- **Anticoagulants (e.g., Warfarin)**: Increased risk of bleeding. **Monitor INR closely.**
- **Corticosteroids, SSRIs**: Increased risk of GI bleeding. Use with caution.
- **Diuretics, ACE Inhibitors, ARBs**: Reduced antihypertensive effect; increased risk of renal impairment. **Monitor renal function.**
- **Lithium, Methotrexate**: Increased plasma concentrations, leading to toxicity. **Monitor drug levels.**
- **Other NSAIDs/Aspirin**: Increased risk of adverse effects, especially GI. Avoid concomitant use.
## Monitoring & Follow-up
- **Before Treatment**: Baseline complete blood count (CBC), liver function tests (LFTs), renal function (SCr, CrCl), blood pressure.
- **During Treatment**: Periodically monitor for GI symptoms, edema, blood pressure, and renal function (e.g., annually or as clinically indicated).
- **Clinical Signs**: Watch for signs of GI bleeding (black stools, vomiting blood), rash, peripheral edema, shortness of breath.
